Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital marketing resources (checklists, guides, template packs, playbooks, masterclasses, team licences and custom solutions) purchased from EASTERN COLOSSAL SDN BHD. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Digital Delivery Policy. Your rights under applicable Malaysian law remain unaffected.

Our products are digital files and access licences that can be used immediately. For security, purchases are generally final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded after a download link has been issued or accessed.

Please check the product format, scope and licence terms before payment.

We will investigate requests involving:

• payment completed but no resource or download link was issued
• a download link that was broken or invalid when first received
• a resource or licence tier that differs from the confirmed order
• a duplicate charge for the same transaction
• an order cancelled by us before delivery
• another problem for which a remedy is required by law

A refund or replacement is generally unavailable for change of mind, choosing the wrong product or tier, failure to read the licence or scope details before purchase, or a download link shared with or used by someone outside the licensed business.

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem and, where practical, within seven days of delivery. Include:

• order number and purchaser email
• product name and SKU
• a clear description of the problem
• screenshots of any error messages

We may verify payment, delivery status and download activity. Review time depends on the payment provider and the nature of the issue.

Where a claim is confirmed, we may provide a working replacement download, reissue delivery, cancel an undelivered order, issue store credit, or return the eligible amount to the original or another supported payment method. The appropriate remedy depends on delivery status and applicable law.
