Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases from EASTERN COLOSSAL SDN BHD through our website. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and the licence terms shown for the selected product.

We sell digital marketing and customer-engagement resources — checklists, guides, template packs, strategy playbooks, masterclasses, team licences and custom solutions. Product pages describe the format, scope, included content and licence terms.

Availability and pricing may change. Where a specific product listing conflicts with general marketing copy, the specific product terms apply.

You must provide accurate account, purchaser and billing information. You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. The final amount shown at checkout is authoritative. An order is not complete until payment is confirmed and the resource is accepted for fulfilment.

We may delay, reject or cancel an order where payment fails, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is identified, or legal and compliance checks require it. Where we cancel a paid order before issue, the eligible amount will be returned through an available method.

Resources are sent to the email address provided at checkout. No parcel shipping fee applies. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by payment review, system availability or incorrect checkout details.

Each product is supplied under the licence stated on its listing (typically single-user / single-business internal use, unless a team or white-label licence is purchased). Unless the listing says otherwise:

• resources cannot be resold, redistributed or exchanged for cash
• a single-user licence covers one business, not a wider client base
• a team licence covers the number of seats stated on the listing
• download links and files may not be shared outside the licensed use
• custom-priced solutions are scoped and licensed per the agreement confirmed at checkout

Treat download links and access credentials as confidential to your licensed business.

Because our resources are digital products, an order is generally final after a download link is issued or accessed. Invalid, duplicated, unavailable or undelivered resources will be reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian law.

You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised resale, automated purchasing, system interference, abusive chargebacks, or any activity that violates law or third-party rights. We may limit or suspend access while suspected misuse is investigated.

To the extent permitted by law, EASTERN COLOSSAL is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect checkout email, unauthorised sharing of a download link, or use outside the stated licence terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.
